The hotel is located close to many tourist attractions in the area. These include the cathedral and other historical monuments that are around 5 minutes walk away.

Since the beginning of 2006, the entire hotel has been non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the terrace or in the hotel’s inner courtyard.

The hotel has a range of accommodation to suit the needs and budgets of all travellers, there are a range of room sizes and the prices are exceptional.

Room information

Each room is decorated in either a modern or Alsacien style and all are non-smoking. Some rooms have a shower or a bathroom, with balcony or terrace and internet access. Several rooms have air conditioning.

Food and beverages

Breakfast is served from 07:15 until 10:00.

Area information

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the cathedral, the Alsacien museum and many of the city's other tourist attractions.

Tourists information

By car:
- On the highway, take follow directions for Place de l"Etoile.
- Then follow signs for Centre Ville until Place d"Austerlitz, where you turn to the right in the direction of the parking des Bateliers.
- Lastly turn left into Tue des Bateliers.

By train:
From the railway station, take bus number 10 and alight at Bateliers. At the 3rd street turn right into the Rue des Bateliers. It will take you around 10 minutes.

By public transportation:
From the train station, you can also take the tramway in the A direction Illkirch Lixenbuhl. Alight at Porte de L'hopital and follow by foot (5 minutes) the directions for parking des Bateliers. After this turn right into Rue des Bateliers.

By plane:
From the airport, take the shuttle until Baggersee. Take the tramway A in the direction of Hautepierre and alight at Porte de L'hopital. Follow by foot (5 minutes) the directions for Parking des Bateliers. After turn right into Rue des Bateliers.

Remarks

For late check-in, after 23:00, please inform the hotel in order to obtain the access code.
The hotel is not equipped with disabled facilities.
If you want to take your breakfast at the hotel, please inform the staff on the arrival day before 21:00.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas only and costs EUR 1.50 per hour.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.50 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 9.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
