The residence has a warm and functional environment, providing a living-room with a sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player and a desk.

A kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, electric plates, dishes, a coffee machine and private bathroom. There is double glazing and sound proofing.

Beds are made before arrival and house cleaning (including a weekly change of linen) is provided once a week.

Food and beverages

No food service, but breakfast in the cafeteria every day except in Sunday and public holidays.

The reception is open from 8:00 to 20:00 Monday through Friday and from 9:00 to 13:00 at Saturdays. Please note that the reception is closed at Sundays.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
