After a day of welcome through Paris, you will settle for a drink in the intimate and confortable lounge decorated with old pictures of Paris from the earlier time.

La Demeure is ideally located at the heart of a transportation hub with direct access to all the major point of attraction of Paris.
Train stations are easily reached via:
Gare du Nord: line 5
Gare de l'Est: line 5 or 7
Gare Montparnasse/Austerlitz/de Lyon: bus 91 in front of the hotel

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 17.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 23.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 17.00 per day.
