The Apartment Hotel consists of 67 comfortable apartments, each fitted out with care for 1 to 4 people. Its contemporary architecture suits its location perfectly, opposite the Citée des Sciences and the Citée de la Musique, just a short stroll from the Parc de la Villette.
The residence is well placed to take advantage of the nearby Parc de la Villette and its many scientific, cultural and musical events and facilities. It is extremely well-served by public transport and very near to shops and services.

Room information

You will feel instantly at home in our studios, which are furnished with care. They offer an equipped kitchenette (hotplates, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher and coffee machine), bathroom and toilet, television, telephone and internet access.
Our fully inclusive hotel services will guarantee you even greater comfort: the beds will be made when you arrive, and there are towels. The rooms are cleaned every day.

Food and beverages

Breakfast is offered from 7 to 10 AM. There are many restaurants in front of the residence.

Car: Boulevard Périphérique ==> Porte de la Villette/ Citée des Sciences.
Métro: line number 7/ station "Porte de la Villette".

From Gare du Nord:
Line 5, in the direction of "Bobigny, Pablo Picasso", stop at Stalingrad, then line 7 in the direction of " La Courneuve", and stop at "Porte de la Villette".
Bus: PC2 or PC3/ station "Porte de la Villette".

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
