Payment Information:
A 30% deposit of the total stay is required by the hotel if you book 3 or more rooms. The remainder of the amount will be taken 3 weeks prior to the group's arrival. No refund will be given in case of cancellation or change of dates of stay.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.00 per person.
