Hotel information

The reception is open 7 days a week from 07:30 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 on week ends and bank holidays.

Room information

The houses or apartments feature a living room, one to 3 bedrooms, one or 2 bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen (tableware, oven and/or microwave, electric or ceramic hobs and fridge). Most houses and apartments also have a dishwasher and washing machine.

Tourists information

By Car:
- From the ring road, take the Porte de Carquefou exit towards Angers-Paris. You will then be on Route de Paris.
- Take the first right after Nantes Est Entreprises towards Aubinière’s holiday centre, and then make another right turn.
- You are in Rue des Citrines and the hotel is on your left-hand side.

By Train:
Nantes train station is 12 km away from the hotel.

By Public Tranport:
- Take tram line 1 towards la Beaujoire and get off at Haluchère.
- Take bus 85 and get off at Danemark.

Remarks

The payment takes place in the residence at the time of your arrival.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.
