At the northern entrance to the town, some minutes from the centre and pilgrimage sites, our hotel is situated close to the N21 and the airport. An ideal position for access to all the local centres of interest, like the Pyrenees National Park.

Bunk beds are available in some of our rooms for a third guest at no extra charge. Five rooms are specially designed with wheelchair access and other features for the disabled.

N21 until Tarbes after to Lourdes/D914.

- By the motorway A64: exit 12 Tarbes-West, after to Lourdes.

- From Biarritz/Pau: N119, in Soumoulou to Lourdes.
Arrival in Lourdes, follow Tarbes.

Remarks

How to check-in/out: The opening hours are 06.30 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and 07:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekends and public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside those hours please check that you have brought the credit card used to make the reservation.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Baby cots are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 4.50 per person.
