Jean Buscail and his team welcome you 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to their hotel, located 300 m from the Sanctuaries and the Grotto, by the river Gave.

The hotel offers 212 bedrooms including 21 for the disabled, 2 restaurants, 2 bars, a shop, and meeting and seminar rooms.
Arcades is situated at the foot of the Pyrenees and the ski resorts, 10 km from the airport and 10 minutes from the station.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
