Its outstanding location at the entrance to the place of pilgrimage, its fully-equipped rooms, fast and friendly service and its excellent cuisine make it a favourite place to stay for visitors. It is also the only hotel located at the doorstep to the pilgrimage site remaining open the whole year round.

Food and beverages

Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 09:30, lunch from 12:00 to 13:30 and dinner from 19:00 to 20:30.

Tourists information

From the airport follow signs towards Lourdes by the highway RN21. Once in Lourdes follow La Grotte.
From Pau take towards Tarbes/Lourdes and then follow Lourdes.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, a fixed amount of EUR 75.00 will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 75 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
