From Biarritz/Pau:
- Join the A64 in the direction of Tarbes.
- Exit the motorway by exit 11 then follow directions to Lourdes with the D940. - When arriving in Lourdes, follow directions to Tarbes.

From Toulouse:
- Follow directions to Tarbes.
- Take exit 12 then head in the direction of Lourdes on the N21.
