A five level hotel located in the Wazemmes area, near the city centre and the metro (Wazemmes'market, museums, old town).

RECEPTION HOURS:
The reception is open from 7.00 AM to 10.30 PM from Monday to Thursday and from 8.00 AM to 9.30 PM on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.65 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.50 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.00 per day.
