Guests at the Hôtel Juana appreciate the intimacy of an establishment which offers 36 guest-rooms and 4 suites including five apartments. Most of them have been fully renovated in 2003 and 2005.
Thanks to the many historic details inherent in the hotel, together with its elegant, inviting and intimate style, the “little palace” now open all year long, clearly belongs to the new generation of “Boutique-Hotels”.

Piano writing-desks, low tables, sofas and armchairs with pure Art Deco lines combining precious wood with fine fabrics, are all come in two ranges :the first, light and luminous in shimmering English sycamore with chrome details, the second in mahogany in a warm shade of brown.

The elegant bathrooms in Biancone or Verona Red marble are enhanced by stainless steel faucets of contemporary design. They offer separated bath and shower.

Food and beverages

The new restaurant of the Hotel Juana, "La Terrasse-Club", offers every evening a refined and "trendy" cuisine to be savoured without ceremony, a sharing moment about gourmet conbinations of refined contemporary cuisine.

In order to facilitate your arrival at Nice airport and ensure your wait is limited to a minimum, Erik, your Concierge “CLEFS D’OR”, will, on your behalf, arrange a limo service or car rental.
He will also organize any reservation or excursion during your stay.
To satisfy your needs, kindly let him know your requirements as well as your arrival date, flight details and type of vehicle you wish to rent.
ACCESS :
Midway between Cannes and Nice, the hotel is a 25-minute drive from Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport (France’s second busiest airport) and 20 minutes from the Cannes-Mandelieu Airport, specifically reserved for private aircraft. From the A8 motorway, take the Antibes-Juan-les-Pins exit 44 (10 minutes to/from the hotel). The Juan-les-Pins train station is 500 metres away from the Hotel.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 55.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 25.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 25.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
