This elegant and modern residence has been completely refurbished, with 4 floors with one elevator. All apartments have fully equipped cooking units and necessary facilities including Wi-Fi internet. All bed and bath linen is provided.

Enjoy a great view from your private balcony, where all front facing studios and apartments overlook the sea. Back apartments also have a nice sea view. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, a casino and nightlife, are 2 minutes' walk away. Cannes is just 8 km away, and a bus stop and train station are nearby.

This totally refurbished residence is situated in the heart of Juan Les Pins, facing the sea and some of the nicest beaches in the area. France Résidence Hôtelière has 4 floors and one lift and you will find in the close vicinity numerous and various shops, a supermarket, restaurants, nightclubs, and a casino within a 2-minute walk.

Linen for beds and bathrooms is provided and the apartments are cleaned every day on request except at Sundays. If you leave on a Sunday you will be charged EUR 45 for studios, and EUR 60 for 2-room apartments for cleaning service.

Room information

All studios and apartments offer a sea-view, soundproofing, air conditioning, LCD satellite TV with over 25 channels and en suite bathroom with hairdryer. Studios are fitted with double beds. Fully-equipped cooking units are available in all rooms.

Free access to the external phone line is included.

All bed and bath linen provided on arrival and included in the room rates. Fresh towels always available on request at EUR 6 per person.

Cleaning is offered for stays of at least 9 nights. Departure cleaning will be charged for all Sunday departures at either EUR 45 (studios) or EUR 60 (apartments).

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Extra Beds: EUR 20 per person per night.

Remarks

Check-in is from 10:00 to 23:00. Please warn reception in case of late arrival. Check-out is from 10:00. You can leave luggage at reception until your departure.

Payment Information:
Only Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted for payment and guaranteeing the reservation. Please do not give an American Express number, or your reservation will not be confirmed.

The full amount of your stay has to be paid on check-in, according to online reservation terms. There are no refunds in the case of early departure.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Private parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15.00 per day.
