Short description

The 2 star apartment building is located 7 minutes from the Grande Arche de la Défense, near Les 4 Temps, one of Europe's great shopping centres. The centre of Paris is just 15 minutes away. To make life easier, we provide: a breakfast room and an automatic clothes washing facilities. An indoor pool is also provided for the enjoyment of our clients.

Opening hours
Monday to Friday: from 7.30am to 9.00pm
Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays: from 8.00am to noon and 2.00pm to 6.00pm.

Room information

All of our studios and apartments have a double bed or two singles, plus a sofa bed (sleeps two) in the living room when there are suites, a fully-equipped kitchenette with microwave and electric hob, an office area, a bathroom or shower room, with WC, telephone with direct line, television with satellite and Canal+.

Tourists information

By Public Transport:
Metro line 1, La Défense Grande Arche.

Bus lines 161, 272, 262 and 378: get off at Dieppe. From line 73 get off at Puvis de Chavanne

By Car:
- From the Boulevard Circulaire, take exit number 12.
- Turn left at the second traffic lights.

Payment is due upon arrival at the Residence.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 9.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
