Warm and functional environment: living-room with a sofa bed, television, desk corner, kitchen with refrigerator, microwaves, and dishes, bathroom.

Beds are made before arrival and a house cleaning including the change of linen is provided once a week.

No food service, but breakfast in the cafeteria every day possible with a continental buffet except on Sunday and public holidays.

Be careful, please call our reservation central from Monday to Friday from 9.15am to 6.30pm for arrivals outside of the opening hours of the residence, in order to give you the access code.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
