The hotel is open from 07:00 to 23:00 Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 14:00 and 18:00 to 22:00 at Saturdays and from 07:00 to 13:30 and 17:30 to 23:00 at Sundays.

Please contact the hotel if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours in order to obtain your access code or if you need further directions to reach the hotel.

If you need an extra set of towels, the reception will happily provide one.

Please note that the hotel will undergo renovation starting in November 2007.

Area information

Nature lovers will be happy to find many volcanoes are easily accessible from the hotel (Puy de Dôme, Vulcania and the Dôme and Dore Mounts).

The historic centre with its cathedral is only 500 metres away and numerous museums can be found in the near vicinity.

There are an olympic swimming pool 200 metres away and a botanical garden near the hotel.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
