The ** Apartment building is located in the town centre right by the famous Place de Jaude and the historic quarter, 20 minutes from Europe's first Volcano Theme Park, “Vulcania”, also accessible by shuttle from the Place de Jaude. Citéa Clermont-Ferrand Carré Jaude has 80 apartments with friendly and functional spaces for working, eating and relaxing. To make life easier, we provide a breakfast room and automatic clothes washing facilities.

Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays: from 8.00 am to noon and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm

Payment is due upon arrival at the residence.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 5.60 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on streets nearby and costs EUR 10.00 per day.
