Our hotel is located just a 10 minutes walk from the famous Croisette,the beaches, & Palais des Festivals of Cannes. We are is situated in a quite street, not far away from the old harbour & the famous Provençal market of Fortville.

Open between 8am and 12pm, and from 2pm to 8pm during the week, weekend and on bank holidays. Only a 2 minute walk from the station, our Aparthotel has 58 fully equipped apartments, ranging from a studio to a two room apartment. There is a garden and a solarium. Absolute must ... An excursion to the Lérins Islands, Sainte-Maguerite, where the mysterious Man in the Iron Mask was imprisoned, and Saint-Honorat, the site of a magnificent monastery with its wine making monks.

The Apart'hotel is 2 minutes' walking distance from the SNCF train station where the taxi stand is. Bus line 5. Approximately 30 minutes from the Nice-Cote- dAzur airport (shuttles).

We are open every day from 8 am to 8 pm (but closed for lunch between 12 noon and 2 pm).

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 19.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.50 per person.
