Located in a quiet street in the heart of Biarritz, Hotel Saint-Julien is an old property from the 19th century, which has kept intact the charm of the past, with its high ceilings, and its large rooms with parquet floors. A small living room (only for guests) will enable you to read in peace or to have a drink with friends.

Room information

All the rooms have double beds (160 x 200 cm) or twin beds (90 x 200 cm).

If you wish to book a room with a sea view, please request this when making your booking. A charge of EUR 10 per day will be added. (2007).

If you need a baby cot in your room, please request it when booking. An extra EUR 10 will be charged per night.

If you need an extra bed (only for adults), please request it when booking. An extra EUR 15 will be charged per night.

Food and beverages

A range of hot and cold beverages as well as good wines (St Julien, Ste Croix du Mont, ou Champagne) are at your disposal.

Area information

By leaving the coastal area, you'll find the villages of the countryside: Sare, Ascain, Aïnhoa, Espelette....You will see there some beautiful houses standing for the historical significance of houses to the Basque people.
Touristic sites
- the Thune mount (accessible by a hiking path or by a little touristic train).
- the Sare caves (lightened up by very modern lighting techniques).
- the pine forest with monkeys in Labenne will please children (and parents too !).
In the neighbouring city, Bayonne, you can wander under the archways (hosting magnificent shops with wooden facades) or the bank of the river Nive. You will also see there remarkable buildings, among which the Sainte-Marie cathedral and its closter. Eventually, you can visit 2 museums - opened throughout the year : that of the Basque history and that of Léon Bonnat).
Further on the coastline, you will come accross the city of Saint-Jean-de-Luz (nice protected bay and shopping streets), and Hendaye and its beach. You are now at the Spanish border. Don't hesitate and go further on until the large city of San Sebastian (50km away from Biarriz), a party-oriented city which embraces one of Europe's most beautiful bay.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
Please note, if cancelled or modified, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person.

Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
