On the Basque coast, in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, the resort of Biarritz has a prime location between the sea and the mountains and at the gateway to Spain. This elegant seaside resort is the birthplace of golf and surfing in France and is the starting point for a number of excursions to Landes, Spain, the back country and the Basque Coast. The residence is located in the town centre, near the lively Saint-Charles shopping district, 800 m from the Golf du Phare, 300 m from the Grande Plage beach.

In the Nive Valley: Cambo les Bains (Edmond Rostand Museum), Bidarray (pottok nature reserve), Louhossoa (weaving studios). Further on, Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port (60 km) and the Bishops’ Prison, Navarrian pottery.

Colourful and flavourful gastronomy: Bayonne, Espelette and its Antton chocolates, peppers, Mauléon and Ossès (cheeses and duck foie de gras), Villefranque for its pastries, jams and tarts, the Irouleguy wine cellars at Saint-Etienne-de-Baïgorry.

• From Paris: A10 motorway. At Bordeaux, take the N10 express road for Bayonne / Biarritz.
In Biarritz, head for the railway station, Boulevard Marcel Dassault, turn right onto Avenue du Président J.F. Kennedy towards the town centre. Follow Avenue du Maréchal Foch, Avenue Edouard VII, turn right, Avenue de la Marne and left after Saint-Charles Church.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
