Hotel information

As of 5 November 2007, the reception will only be open at Saturdays for check-in and check-out, from 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00.

Room information

The apartment has two rooms with a capacity of 5 persons (approx. 50 m²): 1 separate bedroom and 1 alcove with 2 super bunk beds. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children.

Food and beverages

The golf course restaurant is open from 8am to 6pm, offering breakfast and lunch.

Area information

18 holes golf course- one of the most technical and physically challenging golf courses of the region.
Biarritz and its beaches and the old town of Bayonne are located at 15 minutes' driving distance.

Tourists information

By road: highway A63, exit n°5 Bayonne Sud. Follow directions for Cambo, at the roundabout turn to the right (Golf of Makila).
By train: SNCF station of Biarritz "La Negresse" at 10 km, station of Bayonne also at approximately 10 km.
By air: airport of Biarritz - Parme approximately 8 km.

Remarks

Included in the rent:
- Bed linen (beds are made before arrival).
- Towels.
- Cleaning at the end of stay (except the kitchen which has to be returned clean).

The balance of your reservation will have to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 400 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
