The residence Biarritz Océan offers spacious and comfortable apartments in the heart of Biarritz. The building is located in a quiet street close to a famous large beach (la Grande Plage), shops, restaurants and casino. The apartments have big balconies and there is a sunny garden for breakfast and relaxing moments. The residence includes 29 large and bright suite-apartments. They all have a separate bedroom, a corner with 2 bunk beds, a large living room with a cooking corner and a pleasant balcony where guests can enjoy their breakfast. All apartments are equipped with direct dial telephone, wireless Internet connection, colour TV and a bathroom.

The establishment is a recent 4-storey building with elevator.

Reception is open from 07:00 until 22:30 and offers a fax service (with charge), plus assistance with green fees and other outside activities. Benefit from discounted green fees at 7 golf courses in the region. Staff can also assist with any local bookings you would like to make.

The residence's underground car park can be used, and the local town car park is 50 metres away.

Other helpful facilities include use of baby beds, baby chairs and babysitting. An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are available on request at the reception.

- The residence is on the next road (up a hill) on the right after you have passed these.

By Train:
Biarritz SNCF train station (where TGV trains stop) is just 5 km away. The best way to get to the residence is to take a taxi.

By Air:
Biarritz Airport is just 4 km away. The best way to get to the residence is to take a taxi.

Remarks

As of 5 November 2007 the reception is open from 07:30 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 20:30.
Please call the reception in case of late arrival.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
