Closed to the airport of Biarritz, at 3 km from the city centre and beaches from the Basque part, our hotel has an ideal location for business tourism and discovery of the Pays Basque in a typical and warm atmosphere. Our small lounge will be at your disposal to have a drink. Several golfs between Ocean and Montain are nearby as well as differents Spa resorts. The hotel has 75 rooms fully equipped with a bathroom with bath, telephone and modem connection, a TV with Canal Satellite and an alarm-clock, a restaurant and 2 meeting rooms.

Remarks

Exceptionnaly, our reception will close at 21:00 on the 24th of December 2007. It is necessary to get your key before 21:00 on the 24th of December 2007. Our restaurant will be closed from 22/12/07 till 02/01/08.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
